We are passionate about building up the next generation for the glory of God! From infant to high school, there is something for everyone. Your child will have a blast learning about the love of Jesus Christ that is designed just for them and equips them with the tools they need to spread the Good News to those around them.

Welcome to Canyon Kids where every weekend kids experience a fun and exciting place. From the moment kids arrive, volunteers are ready to play and connect. Canyon Kids exists to team up with parents to lead children into an authentic, life-changing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Uprising Wasco

Uprising Wasco is a vibrant ministry aimed at reaching 7th-12th grade. We have weekly services that are fun and engaging, but also challenge students on a deep spiritual level. Throughout the year we offer community outreach, summer camp, and life groups. We meet every Sunday night at 6:30pm.

What times do you offer kids programs?

During our Sunday service at 9am and 11am, we offer a fun service where the Bible comes alive for kids as they hear stories, do crafts and fun object lessons and have snacks.

Where do I take my infant or toddler?

Our nursery is where our infants and toddlers play each week. It’s located adjacent to our main sanctuary. We have secure check-in for your convenience. Kids have a great time, but if we need to reach you for any reason, we will use the cell phone number you provide during check-in. In our nursery, preschoolers sing songs, learn stories, do arts and crafts and have play time while their parents enjoy the adult service. We have a wonderful team of volunteers who all have been pre-screened with a safety check before they are allowed to serve with our children of any age

Where do I take my TK or Elementary aged child?

If your child is in TK or older, they get to attend kids church! The entrance is located just outside of our main sanctuary adjacent to the parking lot. We have secure check-in for your convenience. Most kids never want to leave, but if we need to reach you for any reason, we will use the cell phone number you provide during check-in. We have a wonderful team of volunteers who all have been pre-screened with a safety check before they are allowed to serve with our children of any age.

What time does youth service start?

Uprising Wasco meets every Sunday at 6:30pm in the main sanctuary.

Is your program safe for my child?

Safety is a top priority! Here are just a couple of ways we actively look after the security of your child.

We have a wonderful team of volunteers who all have been pre-screened with a safety check before they are allowed to serve with our children of any age.

We have a check-in system in place to ensure that no one can pick a child up from our programs unless they are on your pre-approved list.
