Prayer changes things!
Prayer changes things!
Prayer is a lifestyle. It’s a conversation with the Lord of Lords and King of Kings. We believe prayer changes things because we’ve seen the incredible miracles that have come out of persistent prayers. God’s Word says "Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
The Canyon Hills SLO Prayer Ministry equips people to grow in their prayer life and develop their own prayer language with the Lord so they can experience God's restoration power.
If you need prayer, our team would love to pray for you!
HOW TO GET INVOLVED
ALL CHURCH PRAYER
On the 3rd Sunday of every month, we take time in our service to pray over specific things as God leads. It's something we all participate in as a congregation, but also an opportunity for those who feel called to Prayer Ministry to join us on stage to pray. If you would like to join the team, click the link below and we'll take it from there.
PRAYER PARTNERS
Do you need someone to agree with you in prayer? Prayer Partners are available to pray with you in person after every service or you can click the link to request prayer below. Prefer to pray with a pastor in person or by phone? Text PRAYER to 805-321-1357 and we'll connect with you.
WEEK OF PRAYER
Week of Prayer is a sacred time when we come together during the first week of the new year and spend time in prayer. Each day, we gather before dawn and unite in corporate prayer, proclaim Scripture over our brothers and sisters in Christ, and petition the needs of our community, city and state leaders, and our world. Stay tuned for our 2025 dates on our events page.
