The Heritage Series consists of stand-alone lessons/workshops hosted by various women in the church. This is a chance for women to gather, form meaningful connections, and glean wisdom and practical life skills. If you’re a young woman, whether single, married, or a young mom, you’re invited for a time of fellowship, equipping, and lots of laughter!

Lemons to Laughter

Many of the women who suffer the loss of a spouse want to connect, but they are unsure how to get started. Lemons to Laughter is a Meetup for widows to offer support and friendship to each other. Every month we gather together and plan various activities like luncheons, shopping trips and holiday parties.

Women With a Mission is a group of ladies who use their skills in crafting, quilting, and even baking to support missionaries and other various outreach opportunities. Some of their creations include prayer quilts for anyone in need. If you are looking for community and want to serve others, this is the group for you!

Threads of Hope is a group of women who use their skills in crafting and sewing to sew and/or assemble personal hygiene kits for women in developing countries. They also use their skills to make cozy blankets for local senior centers and foster children through Royal Family Kids Camp. No sewing skills necessary. They meet on the 1st Monday of the month (unless it is a holiday.)

This counseling ministry is for women who need help navigating difficulties in their life. A trained team of lay women (not licensed counselors) meets with those wanting help, up to six times, to encourage them through the Scriptures on how they can move forward.  All meetings are confidential. If you're facing a difficult season and want help, call the church office at 661-871-1150 and ask for the Women’s Ministry counseling coordinator. 

The mentor program is a great opportunity to grow spiritually, receive Godly council and make a life-long friend. Whether you're feeling called to pour into the next generation or looking for someone to come alongside you to pray and speak wisdom into your life, the mentoring program is for you.
